The staff at Vrieling Makelaars are approachable, easy to contact, and willing to think along. It does not matter who you speak with at the office, they are aware of the current situation. At the location where the home was sold, you see almost only Vrieling signs and that creates confidence in a good outcome given the very local knowledge this real estate agency has about the property. Initially, I was hesitant because it is a realtor in Hoekse Waard and an office in the center of Rotterdam. But this suspicion turned out to be groundless and unnecessary. Especially the approachable and personal contact would make me choose Vrieling Makelaars again in the future.

After meeting with several real estate agents, it quickly became clear that Kompas was the right choice for us. All worries were taken off our hands and we literally only had to sit back for a week. Our house was sold within just one week. The communication (phone calls, email, and WhatsApp) was really top-notch and we received super quick responses. The entire team at Kompas is incredibly friendly and 'human', you would almost forget that you are selling your home. Date unknownUnder the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better

28 Dec 2024Earlier this year on the line to sell our house 'in a few months'. Had good experiences years ago with Jasper and Trudy (??) who worked there then, so now another attempt was made. Unlike other contacted real estate agents, he didn't come across as professional. Reception friendly and warm by the lady behind the counter. The office was somewhat grimy (carpeting, door to private room) and didn’t smell very fresh (cigarette smoke). The realtor himself seemed uninterested, slumped down, wrote nothing down, we just had to get back in touch when there was a concrete date. Another realtor came to our home in the same week and was much more decisive: therefore, De Vree wasn't chosen.

26 Nov 2025After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

Excellent and knowledgeable explanation for the valuation by Jessica with an extensive folder, good photographer, 2 days of viewings by two nice and friendly real estate agents Denise and Jessica. For Dylan from the back office also a big feather, responds quickly and organizes everything very well. My house was sold within 2 weeks. I would recommend Yess Real Estate to everyone. A year later also our 2nd house sold by Yess...if you are looking for a good, reliable, friendly and nice real estate agent, you're at the right address with Yess. Very good communication and they are very quick to respond. Your house is presented fantastically. We are more than satisfied with YESS!!!!

03 Nov 2025⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are really SUPER SATISFIED with the service of Yess Real Estate and can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. We came across Yess by chance during a viewing in Barendrecht and received a card then. Later we had an introductory meeting with Denise, and that felt right away good: spontaneous, social and clearly expert. Therefore we chose her as our purchase agent, and we have not regretted that for a moment. The contact was very low-threshold, via phone and WhatsApp, always quick and friendly. We received clear explanations for our (sometimes many) questions and doubts, and that gave a lot of trust. Viewings were quickly arranged, while we were at work, and Yess always made good preparations with points of attention and relevant documents. Therefore we always knew where to pay attention. The bidding advice was also realistic and well-founded, with an eye for the market and our situation. It's nice that they have building knowledge in house at Yess – that gave extra insight and prevented us from bidding on the wrong homes. Thanks to Denise's professional guidance, we finally found our dream home at a dream location. In short: a super experience with Yess Real Estate, and in particular with Denise. All top! 🙌

From the very beginning, Denise took a huge amount of work off our hands. The housing market is hectic, but thanks to her professional approach and knowledge the process felt surprisingly calm and clear for us. She knew exactly where we needed to look and was also very proactive in that. What has especially remained with us, is how she organized the complex tasks for us. Not only the viewings and negotiations, but also all the 'paperwork' and administrative hassle that comes with buying a house. That has saved us an enormous amount of time and stress.
