Dear Rob Hagen, I would like to revisit your response because this doesn't sit well with me. We made an offer on a property and increased our bid twice. We were supposed to receive a call back on Monday, but that didn’t happen, even though I called your office twice that day to inquire if there was any more information. According to the assistant, we were supposed to be called back that day. That also wasn't done. We understand it is busy, but we do expect a phone call when it is said that a call will be made that day. The sellers wanted more time, which is absolutely fine, but it would have been nice to know. Also, it doesn’t matter to us at all that they ultimately chose other buyers because we want everyone to experience that happiness. I also find it very strange that you wrote on Google that I threatened to leave a negative review on Google, which we NEVER did. Furthermore, I NEVER said that you should inform us of the bid.
