I completely understand you and also find it very annoying. You have every right to look me in the eye about this. But I cannot condemn a seller to compensate/compensate, or to wear the black hat. Since I am the selling agent, it is customary that I get the black hat. What or how a seller reacts, I cannot change. There are - as I also wrote earlier - 2 possibilities. 1) You accept it or 2) you will have to call in a lawyer and start a procedure. Neither is pleasant. But to let it slide is really your own choice, even though I understand it very well. Believe me that I would not wish for things to rain down on anyone, especially not to this extent. Haven't read everything, but I know the content of your emails and also the seller's reaction. I hope that despite everything you will still be happy. It remains a nice house in a very nice street. Regarding 3 months of goods and fraud, I know nothing about that. Those are conversations you had with the former owner. As far as I know, I have answered everywhere. And that I cannot play mediator when one person does not want anything, that seems logical to me. Where two parties want to talk, mediation is possible, but when one does not want anything, there's nothing to 'mediate'. Best regards Henny

Ik vraag me nog altijd af, waarom er een 1 ster beoordeling komt van iemand waar ik geen idee van heb wie het is. Die enkele keer dat er eens iets is, dan worden dingen uitgepraat en opgelost. Uw naam laat geen belletje rinkelen, zeker niet in combinatie met een misverstand op probleempje.
