It was a very pleasant collaboration with Stad en Land NVM Makelaars. Edo was our real estate agent and he was easily accessible. This also applies to the employees in the office who were friendly and always thought along with us. Planning the viewings went smoothly. Four half-days were planned, so we only had to be away from home for a half day (which is nice if you work at home). Furthermore, we received feedback after each half-day. We found that very pleasant. Even in these times it remains exciting to sell your house and you are curious whether the property will appeal. The feedback on the bids was also very pleasant. Less than ten minutes after the closing of the registration, we were already called by Edo. Together we went through all the bids. We didn't have to make a decision immediately and could quietly compare the bids.

City & Land was hired for an appraisal; truly everything that could go wrong with the communication did go wrong. They messed it up so badly that there is now a formal complaint on the table with both NRVT and NWWI. Stick to what you know! Don't do business with them.
