Ons huis via Baas ((Erwin) verkocht. Voordat wij de verkoop opdracht aan hem hadden gegeven vond ik het contact prettiger dan nadien. Het was jammer dat er bij bepaalde zaken nogal 'achteraan' gebeld moest worden. Het eerste bod hebben wij (tegen zijn advies in) niet gelijk geaccepteerd, wat uiteindelijk toch resulteerde in een hogere verkoopprijs! De overdracht van ons huis viel in zijn vakantie, hij zou ons daarvoor nog even bellen. Helaas niets meer gehoord. Nadien heb ik hem nog een keer gebeld met een vraag, maar jammergenoeg geen enkele vraag over de overdracht van ons oude huis en over ons nieuwe huis. Ik vind dat wat jammer. De fotografe (door Erwin geadviseerd) die de foto's van ons huis heeft gemaakt waren wel erg mooi. Ons huis is verder gelukkig wel snel verkocht. ;-)
