The only minor improvement I can think of is the involvement after the sales agreement, here the contact and guidance could be a bit closer because this part can also sometimes be complex. By far they had the best preparation, and even before I hired them, they were already putting in effort and doing research. In addition, the communication was also engaged, accessible, and pleasantly personal. Combined with their large social media network and candidate lists, my choice wasn't difficult, and I've enjoyed a lot of success with it! My house was sold very quickly. The communication is professional, low-threshold, and fun. I found the personal touch they designed for the introduction text of my house also compelling and touching. Ze zullen je na ondertekening dwingen om servicekosten te betalen, zelfs als je niet tevreden bent met hun service. Zorg ervoor dat je goed communiceert en onderteken pas documenten met dit makelaarskantoor. Trap niet in hun gezwets en onderteken geen documenten zonder ze daadwerkelijk te begrijpen. Veel succes!

07 Dec 2024It was quite a challenge to sell our house, over 130 years old, monument, energy label G, in this market. It is a lovely and beautiful house, but especially for the true enthusiast. Not a 'buy without looking' type of house. Atmospheric, authentic elements, nice neighborhood. Two other real estate agents only dared to come up with a price that did not do justice to the value of the house. Jay was convinced that for the right enthusiast, a market-conforming price was absolutely achievable. And he was right; he didn't choose the easiest way to convince us with too low offers but to concede. And Jay was right! The ultimate buyers were exactly the people who fit in this house and neighborhood, and saw the value of the house. Jay is enthusiastic, open and honest and remains positive. Would we recommend Jay? Definitely! He may not belong to the established order of the old real estate agents in Dordrecht, but that is precisely why he is willing to go the extra mile. We once, 2 years ago, had contact with realtor Baas, because we were looking for an apartment, which didn't work out due to circumstances. 26 Sep 2025What a great real estate agency this is! Unfortunately, I had to sell my mother's house but what help I received in brainstorming about clearing the house. I got a phone number of a top eviction company...thank you very much Vincent ;) after that everything went at lightning speed! The photos in one word fantastic, the delivery of documents was more than smooth. The sale was closed within 1 week. Definitely a big fat recommendation for these 2 men!! There is no real estate agent from Home 4 You Makelaars to be seen on the door. They must have gone somewhere else to live. Hopefully, the phone numbers of two of their employees are listed on their website (and are active). By making an appointment, we will probably know their actual address.

Date unknownVery negative experience as a buyer, Home 4 You was the selling broker in our case. Truly no good word for Home 4 You. <span class='text-oranje-500'>Home 4 You</span> asked us to submit documents that they should have presented to us themselves. Less than 24 hours after we sent them, they terminated the purchase process without giving a reason. They played and misled us. Buyers beware! Update November 14, 2023: The broker calls to 'amicably' ask to remove the above review. He shows no remorse or responsibility for the experience we had with this broker. He also cannot give an acceptable argument to remove the review. After repeated explanations that our experience is what it is and that I still stand by the review, the conversation once again reveals that this broker communicates very laboriously and puts his own interests first. All he cared about was removing the negative review without any expression of having learned something or thinking about why someone takes the time and effort to write such a review. When I indicated that I would also include the phone call in the review, the response was that he would anticipate it and that I would see what would happen... I repeat my previous advice to buyers: be warned! This broker did not have our best interests at heart, possibly not yours either.
