Had a very pleasant experience. The initial introduction was with Jeroen, and that immediately gave a good feeling, so I no longer felt the need to try another real estate agent. He had a clear story and knowledge of the subject matter. Ultimately, his approach proved to be the right one as well. Broker is absolutely NOT fair and transparent. States during the viewing that there are still 2 days of viewing moments and that a bid can be submitted AFTERWARD. On the last viewing day, we contact them with a question about the property and they indicate that the property has already been verbally allocated based on a bid that was actually submitted earlier. Then everyone hasn't had the promised equal opportunities. To keep you happy, you are still allowed to submit your bid, but whether the seller even heard your bid is questionable.

A house purchased through Zoomer Makelaardij as the principal. Friendly staff and good contact throughout the entire process. The reason we give two stars less is that the information provided was not entirely correct. The real estate agent assured us that the property was soundproof and that we “wouldn’t hear each other” due to the concrete foundation. This was an important promise for us, as we were primarily looking for peace and quiet which we missed in the busy city of Rotterdam. Unfortunately, reality turned out to be very different. The noise transmission of the property is unacceptable. It feels like we have our neighbors as co-residents. Conversations and sounds are clearly audible, with even contact sound vibrating through our floor and furniture. Now, after purchasing the house, we are forced to incur significant costs to address the sound insulation, since the current situation is far from acceptable. This has not only caused us financial worries but also a lot of frustration. The incorrect information provided during the viewing has damaged our trust in the real estate agent as our bid was based on this. Now, several months later, we know retrospectively that the former residents were also aware of this, which upsets us even more. All in all, we are disappointed with the way Zoomer Makelaardij presented the situation. We should have been informed more honestly and in detail about the noise transmission of the property, so that we could have made a well-considered decision and adjust our bid accordingly given the investment we now have to save for.

This location is currently inhabited by a company in therapies for children called Margos Creatieve Praktijk. No trace of the real estate agents from Home 4 You Makellaars at the door. They must have moved somewhere else. Hopefully, the phone numbers of two of their employees are available (and active) on their website. We will probably know the actual address by making an appointment.

Very negative experience as a buyer, Home 4 You was the selling broker in our case. Truly no good word for Home 4 You. <span class='text-oranje-500'>Home 4 You</span> asked us to submit documents that they should have presented to us themselves. Less than 24 hours after we sent them, they terminated the purchase process without giving a reason. They played and misled us. Buyers beware! Update November 14, 2023: The broker calls to 'amicably' ask to remove the above review. He shows no remorse or responsibility for the experience we had with this broker. He also cannot give an acceptable argument to remove the review. After repeated explanations that our experience is what it is and that I still stand by the review, the conversation once again reveals that this broker communicates very laboriously and puts his own interests first. All he cared about was removing the negative review without any expression of having learned something or thinking about why someone takes the time and effort to write such a review. When I indicated that I would also include the phone call in the review, the response was that he would anticipate it and that I would see what would happen... I repeat my previous advice to buyers: be warned! This broker did not have our best interests at heart, possibly not yours either.

I am very pleased with this real estate agent and recommend everyone to choose this agent. Why? These are hardworking people who even keep you informed of the sales status in the evening or on weekends, which I think deserves praise. My holiday home was listed on Funda on a Friday, by the following Tuesday I already had a viewing, and it was sold on Thursday. So within a week, which feels like a real estate agent who has done their best. A big 👍 therefore!
