Wat een mooi team!! Een team dat weet waar ze voor staan. Je helpen op alle vlakken bij de aankoop maar zeker ook verkoop van je huis.

Bianca Kraan van Appletree is als makelaar heel professioneel en dat verwachtten we ook. Maar wat onze verwachting zo overtrof, is dat ze meedenkt en ook heel goed de situatie aanvoelt. In ons geval moest een ouderlijk huis verkocht worden en leeggehaald. Met het grootste respect werden tips gegeven hoe zo'n huis met herinneringen en gedateerde inrichting, zo goed mogelijk uit de verf kon komen zonder dat het gevoelens doorkruiste of druk werd uitgeoefend. Professioneel en dus super betrokken. Door aan de voorkant iets meer tijd te nemen, werd het huis uiteindelijk binnen 10 dagen verkocht voor een boven verwachting prijs.
