I have never had such a frustrating experience with a real estate agency as with Voorberg Makelaars. What was supposed to be one of the most beautiful moments of my life – the purchase of a house – was completely ruined by their behavior. A deal we had reached was suddenly withdrawn, with the attitude that 'a deal in this market means nothing'. The lack of respect and contempt for buyers is unbelievable. The way this was handled felt unprofessional, careless, and downright unfair. If this is how they treat people during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, then others deserve to know. This experience has left a bitter aftertaste, and I strongly advise future buyers to be cautious.

Ook wanneer er in hoofdlijnen overeenstemming lijkt te zijn, ontstaat pas na ondertekening van de koopakte een definitieve overeenkomst. In dit geval is op dezelfde dag als uw voorstel een ander bod ontvangen en aan de verkopers voorgelegd. Wij begrijpen dat dit teleurstellend kan overkomen. Wij handelen hierin conform de wettelijke verplichtingen en geldende beroepsregels, waarbij transparantie richting zowel verkopers als kopers centraal staat. Zowel aan u als aan uw adviseur is de mogelijkheid geboden om het gedane voorstel aan te passen. Wij hebben u hierbij zo volledig en transparant mogelijk geïnformeerd over het proces, de mogelijkheden en de consequenties. Nadat u heeft aangegeven hiervan geen gebruik te willen maken, hebben verkopers met een andere partij een koopovereenkomst gesloten. Na een periode van huizenjacht waren wij het vertrouwen in een goede makelaar een beetje kwijtgeraakt. Dat veranderde toen we bij ons huidige koophuis terechtkwamen bij Voorberg Makelaars, waar Stefan Groen de bezichtiging verzorgde. Stefan nam uitgebreid de tijd om de woning te laten zien en kon veel vertellen over het huis. Op onze vragen kregen we duidelijke antwoorden. De bezichtiging duurde uiteindelijk bijna 45 minuten, wat wij als prettig hebben ervaren. Het gaf ons de ruimte om alles rustig te bekijken en onze vragen te stellen. Ook nadat ons bod was geaccepteerd, bleef Stefan goed bereikbaar. Hij nam regelmatig contact op om zaken af te stemmen en om te vragen of wij nog ergens hulp bij nodig hadden. Al met al kijken wij terug op een goede en prettige ervaring met Voorberg Makelaars en in het bijzonder met Stefan Groen.

Let op: Makelaar rekent ten onrechte overige inpandige ruimte mee in de woonoppervlakte tegen de NEN2580 norm in. Telefonisch wordt dit weggewuifd door te verwijzen naar het feit dat het wel in de beschrijving van het object staat. Er wordt dus helaas doelbewust verkeerde informatie weergegeven om de prijs op te drijven. Wees voorzichtig met het aankopen van een object via deze makelaar en lees je goed in!

Naar aanleiding van je telefoontje hebben we de kenmerken aangepast en we hebben we onze inmeter hierover aangesproken, zoals jij dat ook al hebt gedaan. Volgens ons hebben we het goed en adequaat opgelost. House sold via Max, that piece has gone as desired. Afterwards it didn't sit well with us that the buyer of our house also sold their house via Voorberg after the viewing at ours, it felt like a double interest that was served.

De koper heeft meerdere makelaars langs laten komen en heeft toen voor ons gekozen, vanwege de prettige werkwijze en communicatie vanuit ons kantoor. Daar kunnen wij natuurlijk ook niks aan doen. Er was in elk geval geen sprake van een conflict of interest'. Dat mag je ook nog bij de koper verifiëren als je dat gerust stelt.
