Recently I viewed my first home through Makelaarskantoor Langejan. From the very first contact, I felt well supported. The real estate agent was friendly, involved and always available for my questions, which as a starter is very pleasant. The purchase proceeded quickly and smoothly. When later problems arose with the first notary, the agent immediately stepped in and within a short time a suitable solution was found and a new notary was appointed. The motto “Why make it difficult if it can also be easy” fits, in my opinion, well with the way they work. I particularly appreciate the clear communication, the personal approach and the solution-oriented thinking. An office that stands for simplicity and no unnecessary fuss. I can therefore certainly recommend this real estate agency to others who want to buy or sell a home.

Just as we decided to sell our house, I received an email from Langejan about the valuation days and the possibility of a free valuation. The initial contact was professional and pleasant: an agent came by, brought a brochure, and we had a good conversation. He promised to send us the valuation within a week. Ten days later, I still hadn't received anything, so I called them — also to let them know that we had already bought a new home, that we were seriously interested in working with them, and that we would appreciate it if they could still send their estimate. Without any apology, I was told that it might come that week. Another ten days passed. Nothing received. I eventually emailed them to ask if they ever intended to send that valuation. To this day — now months later — I have never received a response. If the very first step already goes so laboriously and unreliably, how can you trust that the further sales process will be guided punctually and professionally?

You might just fall in love with a house in this ‘overheated’ housing market. After looking at properties on Funda for half a year, viewing homes (sometimes with 43 other viewers, where the selling realtor doesn't even give you a glance!), making offers, participating in registrations... we finally took a buying agent into our hands. Robert Langejan, thank you very much for all your help, good advice, your (broker) negotiation skills and (partly due to submitting the right bid) achieving results; our favorite house! As a buyer, I have been trying to reach this real estate agency for over 2 weeks. No response whatsoever through multiple email addresses. Treating potential buyers like this is downright unsocial. Not recommended.

Very unprofessional, we made an appointment for a viewing and nobody shows up. The resident tells us that the house was already sold last week. It’s really annoying to take a day off for a viewing and the real estate agent doesn't even bother to cancel the appointment. Called immediately and the reaction was 'Sorry better next time' and they didn't quite understand when I called it unprofessional. So not recommended!
