Hele fijne makelaar. Afgelopen periode vaker om advies gevraagd en woningen bij kompas bezichtigd. Tot we dan eindelijk ons nieuwe huis tegen kwamen en het fijn onderhandelen was. Wat maakte dat we onze eigen woning ook door Kompas hebben laten verkopen. Heel fijn en gemoedelijk en altijd bereid om snel te schakelen en mee te denken. Kompas heeft me goed ontzorgd.

Wij zijn super geholpen en geadviseerd en wonen nu een aantal maanden in ons perfecte huis!

We sold our house through Kompas, and it was already sold within 1 week! We had asked if the sales process, such as the photos and Funda listing, could be expedited due to a quick handover of our new house. This was all well organized. Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. Besides the good service, they also have a sharp commission, making the choice easy. In short, a recommendation!

Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. The realtor put my elderly parents under pressure with the message that they would end up at the bottom of the list again if they didn't accept the rental apartment. Promised in black and white that defects would be resolved within 4 weeks and completely withdrew his hand when the ink was still wet, referring to the rental company Eresm for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support and defects are still far from being resolved after almost 1.5 years.
