Less good was the caution with which the purchase price was determined and the way bids were presented. However, this time we were surprised because the batteries stopped working unfortunately during our vacation. We called Sjaak for help and the next day he was immediately ready with new batteries at the location where we were. He even helped us get them on board. Also reachable outside office hours (at least for consultation). The gentleman helped with jump-starting and then delivered a battery at a good price.

01 Nov 2024What a lovely man and great service! Yesterday at the end of the day I called (apparently) after closing time, but the kindest man still picked up the phone. It's not necessary, but he did it anyway! My Ford Puma wouldn't start anymore and he offered his help to come and assist today. At 8:30 a.m., the gentleman was at my door and yes indeed, the battery was broken. Small things taken along and off to the shop. Battery neatly installed, thank you for that! Even more importantly, perfect service and the assistance! Definitely recommended, where do you still find such extensive service!? Thank you for your help 🙏 😊

Date unknownRemans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.

A certificate key is not obtained from a hardware store but must come from the manufacturer, in your case from Germany, which can sometimes take a while. We have contacted you several times, despite this you remain dissatisfied without us having any control over it, which we regret. Our advice: always keep a reserve key on hand yourself, so you are not dependent on third parties.

We wanted to sell the house in a short time but also get what the house is worth and Robert really helped us with this. From the moment we put it 'For Sale', to taking the photos (discussing and giving input together) and when the viewers came. Neatly and properly reported so we knew what had happened, but in a good and honest way. Not too enthusiastic but just realistic. We would definitely recommend Robert, use his expertise and tips because he knows what he's doing! Top realtor!

REACTIE VIJFVINKEL Firstly, with regard to the hole in the wall, I want to emphasize that the real estate agent initially called us requesting that we leave the hole as it was. This contrasts with the claim that the sellers reported that the hole could not be repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, regarding the full waste bins, it is important to mention that we were explicitly told that it was normal to leave them and that we should go to the landfill. This contradicts the claim that the office would not have said they found it 'normal'. Later there were indeed matters that, in my opinion, were not unforeseen but clear defects that were not reported. We were also right about this through our legal assistance. A fire in the meter cupboard because all the electrical wiring was not properly connected should surely be noticeable every time your circuit breaker trips. Respectful and transparent conduct are values we all strive for, and I believe that sketching a correct picture of a situation falls under this. Finally, I would like to say that I found it very unpleasant that after my review I was approached several times by the real estate agent both by telephone and via email (by tracing my personal data through their archive) to persuade me to remove or adjust my review in favor of Vijfvinkel. ORIGINAL REVIEW For the client they will certainly score well. But a little respect and humanity towards the buyer is lacking. One of many examples: This real estate agent finds it normal for the seller to leave 3 full containers of waste behind, which would not be emptied until after a month. Despite this being noted during the key handover, the real estate agent stuck to her position that we, as new residents, should dispose of the old residents' waste if we wanted space in the containers before our move. Frankly antisocial. In addition, the real estate agent also thought it was perfectly normal for the previous owners to leave a large hole in the wall for us, while this arose after signing the purchase agreement. For this reason alone I would personally never choose this real estate agent.

We naturally feel it's important to contact a buyer who is not happy and places such a review without discussing the dissatisfaction personally. This was appreciated and the buyer confirmed that we were not informed of defects that emerged later. The buyer then spontaneously said they would ‘adjust’ the review somewhat; we did not ask them to remove (or adjust) the review. Quite the opposite is true. After the phone call, we sent a confirmation of what was discussed including our statement that we would respond to the review to paint a clear picture. Of course, we have the contact details of our buyers. ______ Dear Lotte, following your words in this review, we had contact with each other. A year and a half ago, you purchased the property through our agency. Before the transfer, the sellers reported that a hole in the wall (due to a repair) could not be repaired in time. It was agreed that the sellers would resolve this. This was subsequently recorded in the inspection report and also carried out by the sellers. It is true that there has been contact regarding full waste bins. Unfortunately, this cannot always be avoided during a move. That we would find that ‘normal’ are not our words. You mention the above as one of many examples. Only now have we been told about unforeseen circumstances later on. We were not informed about these by you so we could not act where possible, very regrettable. Respectful and humane conduct are our core values; we therefore like to paint a fair picture of this situation.
