The role of a real estate agent is, in our opinion, important in the sales process. Unfortunately, we experienced the contact as unfriendly and cold. There seemed to be little joy in the sale or the contact with potential buyers. Of all the real estate agents we have spoken to, this one came across as the least friendly to us.

However, this time we were surprised because the batteries stopped working unfortunately during our vacation. We called Sjaak for help and the next day he was immediately ready with new batteries at the location where we were. He even helped us get them on board. Also reachable outside office hours (at least for consultation). The gentleman helped with jump-starting and then delivered a battery at a good price.

19 Jan 2025What a lovely man and great service! Yesterday at the end of the day I called (apparently) after closing time, but the kindest man still picked up the phone. It's not necessary, but he did it anyway! My Ford Puma wouldn't start anymore and he offered his help to come and assist today. At 8:30 a.m., the gentleman was at my door and yes indeed, the battery was broken. Small things taken along and off to the shop. Battery neatly installed, thank you for that! Even more importantly, perfect service and the assistance! Definitely recommended, where do you still find such extensive service!? Thank you for your help 🙏 😊

20 Jan 2025Remans Vastgoed is among other things active in the management of various VVE associations. After a storm and a slamming door, 1 of our keys was bent. Unfortunately, there was only one thing to do: order a new key. Because it concerned a key with a certificate, the key order went through Remans. It's almost remarkable how long they took for this. On May 10, 2023, we contacted them by email and ordered the relevant key. Meanwhile, as of the moment of writing (June 18, 2023), the key is reportedly 'on its way to us', but still not in our possession. Every time we made telephone contact, the key was 'on order with Hubo'. We have a great deal of understanding for external factors that can delay the process. However, needing almost 1.5 months to have a key re-made via the hardware store is sheer incompetence. Due to the rampant incompetence at Remans, we had to rotate with 1 house key for 1.5 months. It's an understatement to say that we are not particularly impressed with this company in the meantime. There is no service here whatsoever. Now let's hope we actually get to receive the key soon! For those interested: we eventually received a key when we were about to move out. I will now briefly jump into the response from Remans Vastgoedbeheer. It is truly unacceptable how often contact has been made on behalf of Remans with us regarding removing/adjusting the review. In the response from Remans, it is mentioned that there is a necessary certificate. Of course we were aware of the certificate, which is why we also contacted Remans. Furthermore, Remans was also aware of the fact that we as tenants did not have a spare key in our possession. Moreover, the above review is entirely based on feedback from Remans themselves. Any 'inaccuracies' in this review are a direct consequence of the information provided by Remans themselves. Conclusion: the problem lies with the service and the form of communication, not with the consumer. I would greatly appreciate it if the obsessive urge to change the above review finally stops. A mistake is a mistake, take responsibility.

A certificate key is not obtained from a hardware store but must come from the manufacturer, in your case from Germany, which can sometimes take a while. We have contacted you several times, despite this you remain dissatisfied without us having any control over it, which we regret. Our advice: always keep a reserve key on hand yourself, so you are not dependent on third parties.

In an exciting yet sometimes confusing search for a new home, there is nothing better than having people around you who truly understand you. And they did, every single one of them. Marloes, Pim and Boudewijn… what a wonderful buying team. Each with their own strength, but all equally warm, knowledgeable, patient and involved. They really listened to what I was looking for, thought along (even outside the beaten path). They were always honest, even when a house simply wasn’t it.
