Ver-Huis makelaars raad ik iedereen aan. Jasper heeft ons goed geholpen en is zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie bereikbaar. Maar ook zijn collega Robin kan je dan goed helpen. De kennismaking was snel gepland en verliep heel prettig, het klikte gelijk. We zochten een aankoopmakelaar maar hebben uiteindelijk toch een huis gevonden in een andere regio. Toen ik Jasper hierover belde, bracht hij mij in contact met een bekende makelaar uit de regio waar ons huis staat. En dankzij hem werd het bod geaccepteerd!! Under the guise of "I don't have a key," we were unable to view the garage at our new house. They assured us that there was a loft and electricity. At handover, you are told that the garage lock is broken, no loft exists, and the electricity doesn't work. Because we expect 10 people and 2 suppliers the weekend after, we reluctantly agreed anyway. WRONG!!! This broker wants to "buy off" all of this with €200,= . Just the garage lock would already cost €250,= excl. VAT and excl. installation. Don't let these cowboys pull the wool over your eyes like we did. Read everything carefully because it is all covered in small print and pretty talk. Check everything, and if you can’t check something, DO IT CORRECTLY. If you still do business with these cowboys, make sure you have good legal assistance. Trust is good, but checking is better
