Selected a good photographer with an eye for detail, which resulted in a good presentation on Funda. Buyers were found relatively quickly, but the buyers hadn't done their homework properly, so after 3 months it turned out that the sale could not go through because the financing didn't work out. Well advised regarding the selling price, the right photographer, and the strategy around the sale. It took a little longer than expected, but that was due to the first buyers who couldn't get their finances in order. Back on the market with the result that our house is now sold!
