Wat maakte dat we onze eigen woning ook door Kompas hebben laten verkopen. Heel fijn en gemoedelijk en altijd bereid om snel te schakelen en mee te denken. Kompas heeft me goed ontzorgd.

We had asked if the sales process, such as the photos and Funda listing, could be expedited due to a quick handover of our new house. This was all well organized. Laurens is simply very good at his job and also pleasant in dealing with people. We had a short line via a WhatsApp group. The team is well coordinated, Danique handled a lot around the sales process and Sanne was always very friendly and detailed in answering our questions from the office. Besides the good service, they also have a sharp commission, making the choice easy. In short, a recommendation!

31 Jan 2026Beste LAURENS, en Team, wat heb jij, wat hebben jullie mij enorm geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis , alle activiteiten die daarmee samenhangen en niet in het minst jouw persoonlijke inbreng en steun voor mij om deze stap te kunnen zetten. Je was altijd bereikbaar, snelle terugkoppeling bij vragen of hobbels op de weg in dit proces. Hierbij wordt jij ondersteund door een Top-Team van vriendelijke medewerkers die altijd voor mij klaarstonden ( op momenten van lichte paniek of vragen). Ik heb onder jouw begeleiding een nieuwe woning aangekocht en mijn huidige woning in de verkoop gezet. Dit alles heeft ertoe geleid dat mijn huis binnen twee weken onder voorbehoud verkocht is, jij en ik hebben dit afgekaart terwijl ik mij voor vakantie in Londen in de Subway onder de grond bevond, de metro s voorbij reden met veel lawaai… en we elkaar bijna niet konden verstaan. Sander doesn't keep his appointments and comes up with all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't called you. Also, if you call the office, they will treat you just as nonchalantly. Very involved and unreliable.

In this regard, we received a non-binding real value of our home that we could work with further. Nothing exaggerated about what the house might be worth, but a clear and straightforward explanation of its actual value at all times. This way you can then calculate, search, and orient yourself with peace of mind. After more than a year, we found our dream location and had to put the house up for sale. Of course, we chose Ravens for this process due to the pleasant feeling we had. What a joy. Everything was quickly and clearly arranged. You are kept informed about everything, and you are truly taken care of. And do you know what we find very nice when contacting them? When you mention your name, usually just your first name, they at Ravens know who you are. Nothing with fancy words or exaggeration, but simply relaxed and comfortable, somewhere where you feel at home. If it weren't for the fact that we never want to leave our new house and have moved outside the region, I would definitely recommend Ravens.

07 Jun 2025This is the second time within half a year that I have submitted a bid. Both times I wasn't selected, which is fine, but I haven't received any notification from eerlijkbieden.nl. There is absolutely no good communication with me, Lisa who quickly dismissed me, an uninterested Tristan who was only on his phone during the viewing. Both the system eerlijkbieden.nl and the staff lack professionalism. And if I were you, I would have eerlijkbieden.nl investigated because why do I not receive a result for the second time?! I am going to file a complaint with the NVM.

The agents knew how to arrange the buying and selling process so we bought the new house low and sold our old house high.
