Het contact met de makelaar was prettig en professioneel. Er was voldoende ruimte voor inbreng van eigen ideëen en waar nodig werden wij voorzien van goede adviezen, zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd. Het verkoopproces verliep vlekkeloos, ondanks een iets mindere marktontwikkeling. De prijs was mogelijk iets boven gemiddeld, maar dat is ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de uiteindelijke verkooprealisatie.
