Appraisal requested via Maatwerk.nl. I received a report with an appraisal value lower than expected which deviates significantly from the model value. That can be, but with hardly any justification as to why the value is lower than all reference properties, I wonder why the market value averages 10-26K lower than ALL reference properties. After criticism of the report, I initially received a brief email response. After further criticism, the report was corrected by a small amount but still there is no proper justification present. The fact that all similar houses in the area are appraised higher does not interest them. They rely on the fact that the report is already 'validated' and therefore I shouldn't complain. I am free to request a 2nd opinion at my own expense. Well thanks, but definitely not with you next time.
