Ik heb het als zeer prettig ervaren zoals het is gegaan bij het verkopen van mijn woning. Het contact is perfect verlopen. Ook bij het ondertekenen van het voorlopig koopcontract samen met de kopers is het contact prima verlopen, dit zeker omdat Noordam makelaardij dit zo op deze manier wil doen.

We hadden een goed contact, met de makelaar en we werden nauwkeurig op de hoogte gehouden over de bezichtigingen. De begeleiding bij het kiezen van de juiste koper werd zorgvuldig gedaan op het kantoor bij de makelaar. Nadat de koper op de hoogte was gesteld hebben we met beide partijen het voorlopig koopcontract getekend wederom op het kantoor bij de makelaar.
