De begeleiding tot de eerste onderhandelingen was goed, daarna kreeg ik het idee dat ze voor de snelle verkoop ging ipv voor mij als verkoper er alles uithalen wat erin zit. In het door hun opgesteld voorlopig koopcontact stonden fouten die een makelaar nier mag en kan maken is mijn mening. Eindafrekening klopte niet met de afgesproken verkoop-commissie en na aangeven is het gelukkig bijgesteld naar het afgesproken bedra…

Wat een fijne ervaring met Yess Real Estate! Omdat dit de aankoop van mijn eerste woning was, vond ik het best spannend, maar ik ben ontzettend goed begeleid. Ik wil met name Denise bedanken. After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.

Last week my house was appraised by Yess Real Estate Barendrecht. This was not a 'standard' appraisal because my house is on 2 plots and contains a large shed and garden. My home was appraised very competently. What struck me was the enthusiasm of the appraiser! What a nice lady and what positive energy! We are very satisfied with YESS real estate agents. It was not a standard sale; the house we sold had multiple owners, and there was still a tenant in it for some time. Nevertheless, YESS handled the viewings very neatly with the tenant and communicated everything neatly with us as owners. We had mainly contact with Jessica, the communication with her was very smooth and smooth, otherwise also with her colleagues. We can wholeheartedly recommend YESS!

House bought where real estate agency YESS was the selling agent. From scheduling a viewing to buying the house, many things went wrong... It started already when calling for a viewing. I was too quick with calling, because they first wanted to see which days would be possible. After the weekend called back and then I got 1 time and date and that was still the only option, while I had called first. When our offer was accepted, we heard nothing for weeks. While we had already handed over a notary to YESS immediately. More than 3 weeks later, we were suddenly called that the notary had no more space and that we had to empower someone else for signing with the notary. Without any other option or something being mentioned. Then we finally had to look for another notary, while the old notary did have space when we had indicated this with YESS. Also ourselves had to call to find out how late the inspection at the house would be, only to finally be called 1 week before the handover with 'we have not yet passed on the inspection time to you, so here it is...' So the communication between the agents seems not really smooth either. A pity for the bad service where we ourselves ultimately had to arrange a lot to get it all done on the right date.
