After I had neatly submitted 2 requests to view a house. I received a confirmation that they would process my request, but after a few workdays still nothing. The first email was on a Friday when the house had just been put online. This morning I got a call saying that something had gone wrong with the emails can happen. 2x in a row with 2 workdays in between is quite coincidental. Apart from the fact that they suddenly found my email. And just saying it can mean nothing for you. And when you ask what can you offer as a solution. Can mean nothing for you and can do nothing for you. Find it quite ridiculous that they don't even bother to look for a solution for you or just simply say sorry.
