Uitstekende service van het Delta NVM makelaars team, niet makkelijker gemaakt doordat ik woonachtig ben in het buitenland. Maar, van start tot finish heeft het team mij altijd een gevoel gegeven dat de verkoop in de juiste handen was en dat is wel gebleken, alles verliep soepel! Ik werd perfect op de hoogte gehouden van ontwikkelingen! op deze manier wordt het verkopen van een huis je wel erg gemakkelijk gemaakt!

Wat een aanfluiting van een makelaardij is dit. Er is een makelaar naar onze woning gekomen om te kijken of ze hem in de verkoop konden nemen. Na een prettig gesprek en 1,5u van onze tijd kwamen er allerlei beloftes over een verkoopstrategie etc. Nog geen twee uur later wordt ik gebeld door de makelaardij, of ik een afspraak wilde maken voor een kennismaking. Uh, ja, er is toch net iemand van jullie hier geweest? Nadat de telefoniste dezelfde conclusie had getrokken werd er weer opgehangen. Vreemd. Vervolgens hebben we op de afgesproken dag geen mail met verkoopstrategie of enig bericht ontvangen. Drie dagen later dan afgesproken kwam er een lullig telefoontje met het bedrag wat ons huis waard zou zijn. Alles zou ook nog zeker even op de mail komen. Je raadt het al, die mail hebben we nooit meer gekregen. Hoe iemand met een opdracht op zak weg kan lopen en hem toch niet kan krijgen door het zelf zo te verprutsen. Dit is duidelijk niet de betrouwbare makelaar waarnaar we op zoek zijn.

Dat neemt niet weg dat er in de communicatie en opvolging zaken anders zijn verlopen dan u mocht verwachten. Dat betreuren wij oprecht. De kwalificatie “onbetrouwbaar” vinden wij dan ook niet passend bij de manier waarop wij dagelijks voor onze klanten werken. After closing of bidding deadline we had to wait three hours to get information about bids. I strongly advise everyone to avoid doing business with this company! In April 2022, Delta Makelaars assessed my property i.r.t. the purchase. In the report, Delta Makelaars described that my property has a Kwaaitaal floor. Since my previous home also had a Kwaaitaal floor and I knew that these types of floors are susceptible to concrete rot, I contacted Delta Makelaars about this. The relevant appraiser stated that they had looked in the crawl space and confirmed that nothing unusual was noticed, but that I should have the floor investigated if I had doubts. Since I had reserved an amount for such defects and Kwaaitaal floors are often locally repairable, I chose not to have an investigation carried out beforehand. Afterwards it turned out that my property did not have a Kwaaitaal floor, but a Nehobo floor, a type of floor where more than 80% of this type of floors has problems and partial restoration is almost never possible. With this knowledge, I would obviously have had an investigation carried out in advance. Subsequently, it was determined that my floor had damage amounting to approximately EUR 37,500. --. Now Delta Makelaars is not responsible for describing the structural condition, but is responsible for providing a correct representation of the building materials in its report. After I confronted Delta Makelaars with this, they stated that no one had looked in the crawl space, but only described what the selling party said about the floor. In my opinion, an appraiser should not solely rely on what sellers say, but should also observe for themselves. Now everyone makes mistakes sometimes, that can happen, but Delta Makelaars blatantly lied that they had first looked in the hatch to then declare after the damage assessment that no one had ever looked in the hatch. I find such blatant lying unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable. Delta Makelaars is also absolutely unwilling to acknowledge its mistake and/or refund part of the appraisal costs, despite the fact that their incorrect findings have had unpleasant consequences for me. Delta Makelaars did quickly seek internal legal advice and involved their insurance company to make a statement about their (legal) liability. For Delta Makelaars, it was apparently much more important to cover themselves well than to devise a reasonable solution for this case, a real shame!

I regret that they are the best realtor, after an appointment was made and I explained what was going on, agreements were made. Now called with the message that the house is already gone because the owner has nominated someone themselves. Where is the respect that you should get as a client?
