With a good feeling sold When the house on Oude Veiling had to be put up for sale, we decided to work with Bric Makelaars. Eric van der Werf, owner/broker of Bric, knows the market in Den Hoorn. After making an appointment, on site, we immediately got a good feeling about it. With short lines, he arranged a cleaning company and the Energy Label was taken care of so that the sales brochure could be created. Eric kept us well informed about the steps that needed to be taken and the progress regarding the sale, before the house changed ownership. The brochure, including the photos, as well as the placement on the internet looked well cared for. The price the broker came up with was accepted. Now we had to act quickly because prices were falling. The number of viewings was announced and scheduled. Even after the bids were received, we were neatly informed. Because selling a house is not an everyday occurrence, Eric advised us, without obligation, which bid we should go for. His advice in this matter was clear. He printed out the purchase agreement, after which the sale was finalized. Because the proposed new owner already wanted to start his renovation work, we agreed with this, whereupon the broker drew up a key agreement.
