De verwachting over het tijdsbestek van de verkoop waren positiever dan de werkelijkheid. Het voorstel van 2 dagdelen van 5 bezichtigingen werd niet gehaald, over de twee dagdelen waren slechts 4 kijkers zonder biedingen. Voor ons als "oudere" valt de digitale wereld waarin we nu zitten niet altijd mee, zeker niet als je je huis wil verkopen.
