Slechte telefonische ervaring. Na aanmelding via Funda voor een bezichtiging hebben wij netjes onze beschikbaarheid doorgegeven. De voorgestelde tijdstippen vielen beide op dagen waarop wij niet konden. Toen wij dit aangaven, werd er niet meegedacht over een alternatief moment. De indruk ontstond dat er al voldoende kijkers waren en dat verdere interesse niet relevant werd gevonden. Er was weinig bereidheid om een oplossing te zoeken of klantgericht te handelen. Een teleurstellende ervaring en wat ons betreft geen professionele service.

Door planning en afspraken met de verkoper is het echter niet altijd mogelijk om extra individuele momenten toe te voegen buiten de bestaande kijkblokken. Het is zeker niet zo dat verdere interesse voor ons niet relevant is. Integendeel. We proberen in drukke verkooptrajecten een zorgvuldige balans te vinden tussen service richting geïnteresseerden en duidelijke afspraken met verkopers.
