After an order for purchase and sale, we unexpectedly came across a new-build property. As a result, after only one viewing, we no longer needed purchase assistance. Nevertheless, the full purchase amount was still charged by the real estate agent. Because we expected more courtesy and integrity from Van de Ridder as the sale would also be handled through them.
