My experience with Leygraaf has been good so far and I have already dealt with the company several times. An appraisal was e.g., thoroughly and professionally carried out and described in a voluminous report where nothing could be faulted. Also, the real estate agent ‘does’ large new construction projects like ‘Dockside’ all by herself and you can bet that it creates jealousy in the area. Moreover, being a real estate agent is a fairly free profession in the Netherlands; it's therefore unprotected yet somewhat protected via the NVM. Leaving something as important as a real estate agent unprotected in the boreal world of Northwestern Europe is personally difficult for me to comprehend. In a Southern European country like Italy, for example, it’s even utterly unthinkable... I will keep you updated on whether my recent visit there also yields the desired results; more soon then but so far there is no reason for doubt about this office. Incidentally, I am man enough to adjust my earlier ideas if necessary, no worries! ;) Oh yes, one more fun detail: Kennedy and Herman are hanging opposite each other in the office, see the photos! It took some getting used to and I wouldn’t do it myself but I do like a ‘challenge’. And Leygraaf I think too.
