However, bidding over the asking price was necessary to get the house, there’s nothing he could do about that. We had made an offer on a house, later we had to bid again due to too many interested parties. Which is logical. Ultimately, we were told that we came second because they found that it didn't fit financially. And that we wouldn't be able to pay it back due to insufficient equity?? While we had visited a mortgage advisor and everything was fine. Finding things out afterwards.. I regret that people who don't know our situation have judged us based on that. And I don't envy the people who bought it. So definitely not jealousy, just very disappointing. The way this company operates has also disappointed me.
