Er is een verschil tussen "grenzen stellen" en "onbeleefd zijn", en de makelaar met wie ik een bezichtiging zou hebben, was extreem onbeleefd omdat ik een paar minuten te laat was. Hoewel ik het belang van tijd begrijp, horen volwassenen zich te gedragen naar hun leeftijd. Meneer de makelaar (naam onbekend) belde me op om me te intimideren omdat ik te laat was voor mijn afspraak. Ik had hem daarover geïnformeerd, maar hij zei dat het helemaal prima was, omdat het maar 10-15 minuten was. Hij zei dat hij ouderwets was en dat het hem niet kon schelen waarom ik te laat was, en dat ik er een uur van tevoren had moeten zijn om er zeker van te zijn dat ik op tijd was (zijn tijd is belangrijk, maar hij heeft geen oog voor de tijd van de klant). Uiteindelijk zei hij: "Het spijt me, ik laat u het huis niet zien. Neem nu de trein terug naar Rotterdam." PS: Peuters hebben betere sociale vaardigheden.
