Jeffrey knows the market in Heerhugowaard well and tried to close the best possible deal. However, bidding over the asking price was necessary to get the house, there’s nothing he could do about that. Although I understand the importance of time, mature people assume they are acting in accordance with what is appropriate for their age. Sir, an anonymous agent called me to harass me for being late to my appointment. Regarding which I inquired and they said it was fine, as it would only take 10-15 minutes. He said he's old-fashioned and doesn’t care why I am late and that I should be there an hour early to make sure I am on time (his time is important, but he doesn’t care about the time of customers). Ultimately, he told me: "I'm sorry, I won't show you the house, take the train now and go back to Rotterdam." PS: Toddlers have better social skills.

When we knew the price of our house for sale 'globally', we started looking for an apartment. Found quite quickly and then commissioned 'TEER' to sell our house. Everything went in a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of communication / information / advice. Result: after about a week, the deal was done. Sold for slightly above the asking price…

26 May 2025Don't go into business with Luca! I hired through Luca. The moment money can be made, he’s there like chickens to corn. The moment there are problems, he chooses to look away. There is no moral compass present with Luca. Physical violence within the complex is swept under the rug and statements are made by Luca that aren't even legally permissible in his role. 1 star is still too much.

Very helpful, also with all sorts of surrounding matters which were not directly related to selling the house. Always accessible and reassured me when I didn't see it anymore. When necessary, he is businesslike but it felt more like something I did together with him than that he received the assignment to sell my house. I definitely recommend Cor!

We were completely new to buying a home and had no idea what we could get in terms of mortgage or what to expect. From the first informative conversation with Cor, we immediately felt comfortable. Everything was clear and appointments are kept. We could go to LUCA with all our questions and we were well guided through the purchase process. LUCA also scheduled an appointment for us with the mortgage advisor, which we also really liked. Because this is our first home, Cor took the time to review the purchase agreement with us together – something that wasn't required by the real estate agency but made the experience even more positive. We certainly appreciated this. Of course, we hope to enjoy our apartment for a long time to come, but if we were looking for another home, we would definitely consider LUCA Realty!
