02 May 2025Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

We found it extremely pleasant that we were guided through the entire process with full attention to our questions and doubts without being steered in a particular direction. 16 Oct 2024We had a terrible experience today: our viewing that we planned a week in advance was canceled at the last minute by Coen. He was also indifferent and hung up on my partner before he could say anything. We invested time, money, and effort into this viewing. The housing market is already stressful and unpredictable. No one deserves this kind of service when you are spending an extreme amount of money on a purchase that you will make for your entire life.

Does not honour made appointments. Violates the code of honour of the nvm realtor right before your eyes! I would advise to never, but really never trust this broker. This broker doesn't think along with you, but only in his own lane. See attachment. Be warned!

The professionalism, humanity, and market knowledge of your team have greatly helped me and my family to sell the property in a short time to the right people at a top price and with the guidance needed in such a situation. After the photos were initially rejected by us, another photographer was arranged immediately. We were also allowed to adjust the introductory text according to our wishes. The presentations were done very well after good tips on how the house should look for those occasions. Very satisfied

The info was less proactive than we would like, especially considering how much money you pay for a realtor. Questions were answered reactively fine, but even then, sometimes messages were read without a response; please let us know that you are working on it instead of not responding for half a day or longer. That creates peace of mind for clients who depend on your actions. …
