Because I live in the United States, it was not possible for me to arrange things on site myself. That's why I put my house in Heiloo up for sale through this realtor. Mark Admiraal, my contact person, thoroughly inspected the house and also utilized his extensive network to make sure everything was taken care of. For example, he engaged contacts to have the garden tidied up and bring the house to the best possible condition. Mirjam helped us very well with the sale of the house, and always responded quickly to questions we had. She even organized and supervised an open house for us, because we were not able to do this ourselves. Super service and the sale of our father’s house went very smoothly as a result. 01 May 2025I had given up! I had been searching for a home for 2 years, always bidding. But it seemed impossible as a single person. I had a house with equity, but I wanted to purchase a new home before putting my old one on the market. I responded via internet to an advertisement at Van Gullik. A non-binding valuation of the property. I made an appointment, but a day before the appointment I called Mirjam saying that I was backing out. It wasn't difficult to sell my house after all. But it seems impossible to find another home before my house goes on sale. She still wanted to come by and I am glad I persevered. Partly thanks to her and a great mortgage advisor, I have found my dream house! Thanks Mirjam!

24 Apr 2025If you come from abroad, you sometimes find it difficult to navigate the cultural aspects of the housing market, especially during a housing crisis. Thanks to Daan, I was able to buy my first apartment in Amsterdam within 3 months! He gave advice on all aspects, such as finding a mortgage advisor, placing bids, checking the property. He handled the communication surrounding everything and was present until the key transfer. My advice to starters: you will need a lot of help to navigate the market. You must actively search Funda yourself, but for the rest, you need an expert.

The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.
