Something on the expensive side, but you get a lot in return. And the texts on Funda could be more stylish. But who are we to complain, they sold our property within 4 weeks!

Contact with Robin was good, we viewed 25 houses in a year and bought 3 times. It was a difficult search and I've had quite a few times that my courage sank, but Robin remained positive and said it will work out eventually. House number became the one and we already live there, so indeed things worked out well. Robin is a good real estate agent, clearly gives his opinion about houses and was pleasant in communication. Communication was good and pleasant. The number of bids on the house was a bit disappointing and probably not the maximum was achieved(?). However, this did result in the property being sold quickly with an offer well above the asking price. The proposed initial/advice price was somewhat low.

Very fine treatment and explanation.
Last week, through our purchasing agent, we made an offer via registration for a house that was being sold by Hopman. Two days later we were called and told that we could buy the house. A purchase agreement was drawn up and sent to us. Again two days later, it was said that a new, higher bid had been placed (outside of the registration). We couldn't afford this. Since the selling party hadn't signed the purchase agreement, we have no recourse. Hopman real estate agent has no standards or values. Just cronyism.
