Schandalig hoe deze mensen een verkoop behandelen! Bij bezichtiging navraag gedaan over vloerbalken ed en er werd verteld dat deze behandeld waren en in prima staat. Na accepteren van ons bod werd er een 5 jaar oud rapport vrijgegeven waarin stond dat bij JvGalenlaan de balken bruinrot en zwammen hadden en deze direct gerepareerd diende te worden. Dit kwam ook naar voren in een nieuwe rapportage, blijkbaar niets aan gedaan. Bij navraag werd direct de verkoop afgeblazen en gaan deze fraudeurs opzoek naar een volgend slachtoffer. U bent gewaarschuwd!

We heard nothing about anything missing from the statement and therefore signed. We find it disappointing that this fact did not come to light earlier, otherwise you would make different choices in your financial spending over 8 months. It is taken for granted that the full bill will be paid. After we started asking questions about this process, we received verbal apologies from the purchasing agent and the notary. The purchasing agent states that if it were his own business, he would have given a discount. Management of Teer does not agree with this. Because the discount cannot be given, a flower would be sent from Teer (so only after we indicated that we would write a review). Of course, we could also have seen ourselves that these costs were missing from the statement (that is what Rick also gave as another counter-argument to us), but as probably more home buyers know, a lot comes at you and you hire a purchasing agent precisely to take things out of your hands. We paid the bill under protest. A pity about this outcome.
