01 Jun 2025It's not nothing when you have to sell a house, especially not if it’s not your own house and you still have to process your loss in the meantime. Mirjam helped us very well with the sale of the house, and always responded quickly to questions we had. She even organized and supervised an open house for us, because we were not able to do this ourselves. Super service and the sale of our father’s house went very smoothly as a result. We are very satisfied!

01 May 2025I had given up! I had been searching for a home for 2 years, always bidding. But it seemed impossible as a single person. I had a house with equity, but I wanted to purchase a new home before putting my old one on the market. I responded via internet to an advertisement at Van Gullik. A non-binding valuation of the property. I made an appointment, but a day before the appointment I called Mirjam saying that I was backing out. It wasn't difficult to sell my house after all. But it seems impossible to find another home before my house goes on sale. She still wanted to come by and I am glad I persevered. Partly thanks to her and a great mortgage advisor, I have found my dream house! Thanks Mirjam!
