He always takes the time to discuss everything, from moisture in the bathroom to the surroundings, from ground lease to different types of brickwork, and you notice that he is passionate about his field. He ensures that he does not force you into a decision or rush you, and makes sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and guides you through all necessary processes. Tersa was also very helpful and sent a steady stream of suggestions for apartments to visit, which I liked more often as I sent her more feedback, even though I couldn't quite put my finger on what I did or didn’t like about an apartment. The communication with the company and our realtor Denise was of the highest level. If there were questions from buyers, Denise put everything into finding answers at the right authorities. We didn't have to worry about anything except making sure we left the house on time for viewings. If you want a realtor who acts like a magical fairy solving all your questions from start to finish without you noticing, you should go with this company. After searching for a home for a few years, and after making several bids that were rejected (in this crazy housing market), we decided to choose a purchase broker. With their help, we found our ideal home in Zaanstad within a few weeks, without having to bid too much. The guidance was very professional, and the program with which we were informed of new homes for sale (before they appeared on funda) was also very helpful! In short, definitely recommended!
