Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

Of course, feeling plays a big role when buying a house, but precisely for that reason it is extra nice if someone also looks objectively with you and advises whether it's a good choice. Without knowledge of the local market, you have no idea what something is worth or how to assess it.

23 Nov 2024Ed helped me find and buy an apartment, and is nothing but friendly and professional. He responds quickly and expertly to all my questions, both during and outside office hours. He always takes the time to discuss everything, from moisture in bathrooms to the neighborhood, from ground lease to different types of brickwork, and you notice that he has a passion for his field. He makes sure you are not pushed to make a decision or chased, and ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase. He guides you through all necessary processes. Tersa has also been very helpful and constantly sent suggestions for apartments to view. I consistently found these better as I sent her more feedback, even though I couldn't precisely say what I did or didn’t like about an apartment. The house that I ultimately bought was also recommended by her.

We felt that we could fully trust Ed. He always had our best interests at heart, which isn’t always easy. His technical knowledge was invaluable during our search, as was his eye for detail. We felt protected and safe in Ed's hands and knew he would guide us in making the right decisions, without influencing our judgment. He fulfilled all of our wishes, even when they weren't easy, and supported us through this very emotional process. His positive attitude made viewings enjoyable, as did his good sense of humor! He was incredibly generous with his time, never gave us the feeling that we were being rushed and always showed understanding for how important this process was to us. I would also like to thank Tersa, who it was a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a realtor, there is no one better than Ed! 23 Nov 2024Occasionally you come across a master of his craft, and Ed is one of them. From the beginning, we saw how skilled he is and how patiently he takes the time to explain things to us. We got a realistic picture of the market and how we could align our expectations accordingly. There was a lot of mutual trust, and we saw how skillfully he conducted negotiations. He was very good at assessing people and situations and always proposed a strategic and reasonable approach. His communication was always polite, fast, and accurate, and we always felt that we could count on him. There are two points that stood out to us: - He is genuinely passionate about buildings and sees all the small details that can easily be overlooked - He is genuine in his desire to help people Ed was warmly recommended by our good friends, and now we are proud to do the same.
