Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

Je betaald elders zomaar meer dat het dubbele. We hadden zelf al een huis op het oog. Gezamenlijk bekeken met de makelaar. Onderhandelen is goed uitgevoerd de makelaar. Snelle deal. Flink onder de vraagprijs. Zonder kennis van de lokale markt heb jezelf geen idee hoe of wat iets waard is.

He always takes the time to discuss everything, from moisture in bathrooms to the neighborhood, from ground lease to different types of brickwork, and you notice that he has a passion for his field. He makes sure you are not pushed to make a decision or chased, and ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase. He guides you through all necessary processes. Tersa has also been very helpful and constantly sent suggestions for apartments to view. I consistently found these better as I sent her more feedback, even though I couldn't precisely say what I did or didn’t like about an apartment. The house that I ultimately bought was also recommended by her.

Mirjam helped us very well with the sale of the house, and always responded quickly to questions we had.
