The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

Ginger always stood out during the viewings of her houses. She is professional, friendly, always present/on time, and she answers all questions very well. The problematic housing market made me pessimistic about the search, but they ensured that I remained hopeful.. and with success! I would like to thank Noah and Ginger in particular for their knowledge, commitment, accessibility and friendliness. Thanks to them, the purchasing process ran smoothly from beginning to end and, as a complete novice, I was well informed about all the steps that needed to be taken. Even after the purchase of the property was completed, I could contact them with questions that were answered immediately, which was incredibly nice!
