The communication with the company and our realtor Denise was of the highest level. If there were questions from buyers, Denise put everything into finding answers at the right authorities. After searching for a home for a few years, and after making several bids that were rejected (in this crazy housing market), we decided to choose a purchase broker. With their help, we found our ideal home in Zaanstad within a few weeks, without having to bid too much. The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

The problematic housing market made me pessimistic about the search, but they ensured that I remained hopeful.. and with success! I would like to thank Noah and Ginger in particular for their knowledge, commitment, accessibility and friendliness. Thanks to them, the purchasing process ran smoothly from beginning to end and, as a complete novice, I was well informed about all the steps that needed to be taken.
