31 Jan 2026Warning for this company We wanted to buy a house through this company and made an offer, subject to a structural survey. From the first survey it turned out that the house had serious defects. The sellers and Edwin were not in agreement with this report and insisted that additional surveys be carried out. The party we then engaged ourselves, was also labeled by them as “unreliable”. They wanted to exclusively accept a third party that was arranged through themselves, because according to them that would be good. This has led to extra costs, while multiple reports confirmed the same serious defects, including cracks, subsidence and structural problems with a steel structure. In the end we did not buy the house because of these defects. Also another buyer before us was unable to buy the house for the same reasons. My advice: be extra careful with this company and always have a fully independent survey carried out.

16 Jan 2025Definitely NO advice to enter into a collaboration with these lying scammers regarding the rental, subletting or purchase of homes!!!! Part of the deposit not returned which now needs to be settled legally. 3 years of unrest, stress and a significant amount of money lost due to various reports of defects/shortcomings in the property not being resolved. Recently, the property was sold and whether the new buyer is surprised with the same problem with the central heating system, which was sold as 'working well'. Mistake after mistake during lease extensions, which changed from temporary to an indefinite time agreement, shameless people and trying to put the blame on someone else!

Multiple times I asked if all of this could be resolved, but nothing ever happened. He finds going on vacation more important than solving the problems with the landlords; there are others who have experienced this as well with this real estate agent.
