21 Apr 2024Definitely NO advice to enter into a collaboration with these lying scammers regarding the rental, subletting or purchase of homes!!!! Part of the deposit not returned which now needs to be settled legally. 3 years of unrest, stress and a significant amount of money lost due to various reports of defects/shortcomings in the property not being resolved. Recently, the property was sold and whether the new buyer is surprised with the same problem with the central heating system, which was sold as 'working well'. Mistake after mistake during lease extensions, which changed from temporary to an indefinite time agreement, shameless people and trying to put the blame on someone else!

Multiple times I asked if all of this could be resolved, but nothing ever happened. He finds going on vacation more important than solving the problems with the landlords; there are others who have experienced this as well with this real estate agent.

28 Apr 2025Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

Thank you for your feedback. What a shame to hear that it went like this. We would like to explain the process again. On April 11, we received the financing form from you. On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

Responded quickly to phone calls and/ or messages. Someone you like to have in your home and who gives the tours. Also with Sophie, back office, a quick and pleasant contact. When it was time for the photographer to come, the broker came by again to review everything. That gave a good feeling.
