28 Sep 2024Definitely NO advice to enter into a collaboration with these lying scammers regarding the rental, subletting or purchase of homes!!!! Part of the deposit not returned which now needs to be settled legally. 3 years of unrest, stress and a significant amount of money lost due to various reports of defects/shortcomings in the property not being resolved. Recently, the property was sold and whether the new buyer is surprised with the same problem with the central heating system, which was sold as 'working well'. Mistake after mistake during lease extensions, which changed from temporary to an indefinite time agreement, shameless people and trying to put the blame on someone else!

Multiple times I asked if all of this could be resolved, but nothing ever happened. He finds going on vacation more important than solving the problems with the landlords; there are others who have experienced this as well with this real estate agent.

28 Sep 2020First-class scammers... only demand rent, but maintenance they've never heard of... multiple times emailed, registered letters sent but never received a response... and if you then stop paying rent, they appear on the doorstep within 48 hours to claim payment... until the very last day no repairs were done and no responses ever received... don't do business with these scammers.

27 Sep 2025We came across Fly Real Estate through a new construction project they were selling. Here, we were assigned agent Tygo. Although that project did not work out for us, we stayed with him because he advised us honestly and transparently from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. He helped us tremendously in finding a home and selling my partner’s apartment. The communication was always easy: Tygo is very reachable and thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes out of his way for you. We as a couple sometimes have somewhat peculiar, sarcastic humor, but that was fortunately no problem with Tygo. Despite him taking his work very seriously and professionally, there’s always room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and viewings light-hearted and enjoyable. The communication within Fly Real Estate is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn’t available, one of his colleagues would respond almost immediately and take up our question. If we ever sell or buy another house again, we will definitely approach Fly Real Estate.

The info was less proactive than we would like, especially considering how much money you pay for a realtor. Questions were answered reactively fine, but even then, sometimes messages were read without a response; please let us know that you are working on it instead of not responding for half a day or longer.
