The communication with the company and our realtor Denise was of the highest level. If there were questions from buyers, Denise put everything into finding answers at the right authorities. After searching for a home for a few years, and after making several bids that were rejected (in this crazy housing market), we decided to choose a purchase broker. With their help, we found our ideal home in Zaanstad within a few weeks, without having to bid too much. 11 Apr 2025If you come from abroad, you sometimes find it difficult to navigate the cultural aspects of the housing market, especially during a housing crisis. Thanks to Daan, I was able to buy my first apartment in Amsterdam within 3 months! He gave advice on all aspects, such as finding a mortgage advisor, placing bids, checking the property. He handled the communication surrounding everything and was present until the key transfer. My advice to starters: you will need a lot of help to navigate the market. You must actively search Funda yourself, but for the rest, you need an expert.

27 Dec 2024I have arranged many of my insurances through Vlieg and when I was buying a new car, it was the logical step to request a quote here; furthermore, I also compared things myself online. Richard quickly sent me a quote based on what I had requested. Because I am not completely familiar with the subtle nuances between insurances and the price differences which varied, I asked for an explanation whereupon Richard once again inventoried my wishes in order to then find a tailor-made policy whereby I pay slightly more than through an online provider, but am assured of good service. Arranging both the new insurance and handling the previous insurance went quickly and I was kept neatly informed; even when I had questions about my new insurance after the purchase, I received a quick, correct and complete answer to my questions. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Vlieg and in this case with Richard’s commitment in particular, keep up the good work! :)

The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

They styled the living and bedroom nicely, took beautiful photos and made a video where they appear on screen to promote the house. This evokes much more curiosity than such a boring video with dull music like most real estate agents. Within 3 weeks a nice offer and the house sold.
