Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

Thanks to Daan, I was able to buy my first apartment in Amsterdam within 3 months! He advised me on all aspects, such as finding a mortgage advisor, placing offers and viewing the property. He handled the communication and was present until the key handover. My advice for newcomers: you need a lot of help to navigate the market. You can actively search on Funda yourself, but otherwise you need an expert.

No bullshit just clear and with everything calmly discussed. NH brokers also has a wide range of mortgage advisors and building experts etc., who are definitely recommended as well. Joeri, in particular, helped us navigate the notoriously difficult Amsterdam rental market skillfully and thanks to him, we found a perfect apartment within a month, and on our first application. Although this may be compared to luck versus misfortune relative to the average experience, it is a fact that Joeri was attentive, positive, and thorough from start to finish. From organizing viewings abroad, with a different time zone, to personal viewings, he was always helpful with his local experience and perspective, allowing us to make the best decisions at every step. He also went the extra mile to help us with check-in while we were away, and it's just pleasant to talk with him. Furthermore, we are very grateful to Remon for his support during the viewing and application. Without him and Joeri, we would not have been able to secure this fantastic property. We definitely recommend JLG: a first-class service from real estate professionals. A rarity in today's real estate world that truly makes a difference.

The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

16 Oct 2024We had a terrible experience today: our viewing that we planned a week in advance was canceled at the last minute by Coen. He was also indifferent and hung up on my partner before he could say anything. We invested time, money, and effort into this viewing. The housing market is already stressful and unpredictable. No one deserves this kind of service when you are spending an extreme amount of money on a purchase that you will make for your entire life.
