From the moment we walked in, we immediately got the comment: “First viewing for sure?” Subsequently, we were given a tour of at most three minutes, in which it became clear that we were not taken seriously. Nevertheless, we made an offer. After the bidding had closed, we were called that our bid was not accepted, because we “veeeer overbid”, in a way that came across as quite condescending. Fortunately, we are now the happy owners of a nice house through another real estate agent, where we had an excellent experience. Based on our experience, I can absolutely not recommend Van Gulik Makelaars. Should we ever need to move again, we will certainly not use them for viewings again.

Makelaar zegt letterlijk geen zin te hebben in meerdere bezichtigen. Was bereid een zeer goed bod te doen. Daar had de makelaar geen boodschap aan en pech voor de verkoper, want veel tijd wil hij aan het pand niet besteden. Ik vroeg of verkoper graag 10K misloopt? Daar hadden ze geen boodschap aan, want zij bepalen voor de verkoper dat geld niet alles. Wat een bizarre makelaarskantoor is dit??

Ondanks drukte, kon er nog dezelfde dag een makelaar bij ons langs komen om de verkoop van onze woning te komen bespreken. Verder het hele verkoop proces soepel verlopen.

Thijs van Saen Garantiemakelaars is een makelaar die écht een stapje extra zet en oog heeft voor de menselijk kant van het verkopen van een huis/app. Ik had er nauwelijks omkijken naar; hij regelde alles tot in de puntjes om mij te ontlasten en reageerde snel als ik toch ergens onrustig van werd. De verkoop ging ontzettend snel, maar ook daarna bleef hij super betrokken. Bedankt voor de fijne begeleiding, Thijs!

Het contact met Thijs was prima. Ik werd goed op de hoogte gehouden wanneer de eventuele kopers kwamen kijken naar mijn huis. Na een bezichtiging werd ik meteen door Thijs gebeld, Ik kon altijd bellen wanneer ik vragen had en wanneer Thijs niet beschikbaar was, werd ik altijd later op de dag door hem teruggebeld.
