Dankzij Daan heb ik binnen 3 maanden mijn eerste appartement in Amsterdam kunnen kopen! Hij gaf advies over alle aspecten, zoals het vinden van een hypotheekadviseur, het plaatsen van aanbiedingen, het controleren van de woning. Hij regelde de communicatie rondom en was aanwezig tot de sleuteloverdracht. Mijn advies aan starters: je zult veel hulp nodig hebben om door de markt te navigeren. Je moet zelf actief op Funda zoeken, maar voor de rest heb je een deskundige nodig.

27 Dec 2024I have arranged many of my insurances through Vlieg and when I was buying a new car, it was the logical step to request a quote here; furthermore, I also compared things myself online. Richard quickly sent me a quote based on what I had requested. Because I am not completely familiar with the subtle nuances between insurances and the price differences which varied, I asked for an explanation whereupon Richard once again inventoried my wishes in order to then find a tailor-made policy whereby I pay slightly more than through an online provider, but am assured of good service. Arranging both the new insurance and handling the previous insurance went quickly and I was kept neatly informed; even when I had questions about my new insurance after the purchase, I received a quick, correct and complete answer to my questions. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Vlieg and in this case with Richard’s commitment in particular, keep up the good work! :)

The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.
