He handled the communication surrounding everything and was present until the key transfer. My advice to starters: you will need a lot of help to navigate the market. The property was sold to our full satisfaction, and that is why we again chose Saen Real Estate for the sale of our second home. And again we are very satisfied. The sales process is largely automated via a Move account, where all documentation is uploaded and downloaded. We found this easily accessible and easy to use. Communication with Anniek was pleasant and professional. Our wishes were listened to carefully. The price-quality ratio is what we consider excellent. Because it was the second home we sold, we received an unsolicited 10 percent discount on commission, which we greatly appreciate. And perhaps the beautiful wooden birdhouse that we received after the sale of our first home also played a small role in our choice for Saen Real Estate.

11 May 2025Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

Thank you for your feedback. What a shame to hear that it went like this. We would like to explain the process again. On April 11, we received the financing form from you. On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

Ginger always stood out during the viewings of her houses. She is professional, friendly, always present/on time, and she answers all questions very well. When selling our own house, we immediately knew who our realtor would be; Ginger! The sales process went very smoothly from A to Z. The sales presentation was very good (nice team of photographer, copywriter and energy label advisor) and top accessibility of Ginger and her team. During the process, expert advice and room for consultation. And concluded with a quick and beautiful result!

The problematic housing market made me pessimistic about the search, but they ensured that I remained hopeful.. and with success! I would like to thank Noah and Ginger in particular for their knowledge, commitment, accessibility and friendliness. Thanks to them, the purchasing process ran smoothly from beginning to end and, as a complete novice, I was well informed about all the steps that needed to be taken. Even after the purchase of the property was completed, I could contact them with questions that were answered immediately, which was incredibly nice!
