Date unknownMy lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.

10 Nov 2025My friend and I went on our first ever viewing. You would think a nice experience, but that turned out to be the case. From the moment we walked in, we immediately got the comment: “First viewing for sure?” Subsequently, we were given a tour of at most three minutes, in which it became clear that we were not taken seriously. Nevertheless, we made an offer. After the bidding had closed, we were called that our bid was not accepted, because we “veeeer overbid”, in a way that came across as quite condescending. Fortunately, we are now the happy owners of a nice house through another real estate agent, where we had an excellent experience. Based on our experience, I can absolutely not recommend Van Gulik Makelaars. Should we ever need to move again, we will certainly not use them for viewings again.

I did see that we have received a bid from a Lisa this year, but she had exactly two higher bids above her offer and twelve people who had bid lower than her. Also, we never pass on what others have offered, you can only see that when the property is finally sold. We plan for a viewing at least 20 minutes, depending on the property this can go up to an hour. So if you are on time, then you have 20 minutes to view. Congratulations on the purchase of your property! I wish you lots of luck!

10 Jun 2025It's not nothing when you have to sell a house, especially not if it’s not your own house and you still have to process your loss in the meantime. Mirjam helped us very well with the sale of the house, and always responded quickly to questions we had. She even organized and supervised an open house for us, because we were not able to do this ourselves. Super service and the sale of our father’s house went very smoothly as a result. We are very satisfied!

07 Jul 2025Very satisfied with husam, always reachable and helpful, he keeps his patience, is up for a joke and when things need to be serious he takes away your worries, he prepares himself well and therefore always has an answer for the other party in buying and selling (we had NH brokers on both sides) We recommend everyone NH broker. No bullshit just clear and with everything calmly discussed. NH brokers also has a wide range of mortgage advisors and building experts etc., who are definitely recommended as well.
