Advice followed, therefore no chance for their home.... Filling in all my details on the site and sending them to VLIEG is not sufficient as registration. It was only for their financing check. Despite the fact that I also had to provide all data about the property to be obtained and building number. Exactly the same data as the official registration form. I hear this 10 days after my submission, a day after the registration closed. Had still asked in my email (with reminder email 5 days later) if the info was sufficient. No chance of a home for me therefore thanks to their actions.

Thank you for your feedback. What a shame to hear that it went like this. We would like to explain the process again. On April 11, we received the financing form from you. On April 17 end of day hour, we received your email in which you stated that you expected to have registered with your previous email. We then informed you that registration for the property itself had to be done through the registration form and that you had to do this yourself. Unfortunately, the registration deadline was April 17 until 12:00 and your email arrived at the end of the day in which you stated that you expected to have registered with the financing form. The financing form was forwarded to the real estate agent on time by us, as agreed. Unfortunately, you interpreted it differently, and we are sorry to hear that.

Unfortunately, no honest broker. Had a few bad experiences. Doesn't pass on bids, for example, if he doesn't like them. Communication is not transparent. Does not honour made appointments. Violates the code of honour of the nvm realtor right before your eyes! I would advise to never, but really never trust this broker. This broker doesn't think along with you, but only in his own lane. See attachment. Be warned!

Very nice guidance from Ginger and her team! We have been searching for a home in Zaandam for 5 years and have come across many different real estate agents along the way. Ginger always stood out during the viewings of her houses. She is professional, friendly, always present/on time, and she answers all questions very well. When selling our own house, we immediately knew who our realtor would be; Ginger! The sales process went very smoothly from A to Z. The sales presentation was very good (nice team of photographer, copywriter and energy label advisor) and top accessibility of Ginger and her team. During the process, expert advice and room for consultation. And concluded with a quick and beautiful result!

If I could have left more than 5 stars, I certainly would have! Thanks to Van de Steege Makelaars, I bought a beautiful apartment in a relatively short time. The problematic housing market made me pessimistic about the search, but they ensured that I remained hopeful.. and with success! I would like to thank Noah and Ginger in particular for their knowledge, commitment, accessibility and friendliness. Thanks to them, the purchasing process ran smoothly from beginning to end and, as a complete novice, I was well informed about all the steps that needed to be taken. Even after the purchase of the property was completed, I could contact them with questions that were answered immediately, which was incredibly nice!
