wees gewaarschuwd!!!! zolang hij lacht zal het allemaal wel maar let op hoor!!! afgelopen weekend een bijzonder verhaal gehoord over deze makelaar. een vriend van mij vertelde dat deze makelaar mensen nabelt na een slechte revieuw met de vraag of een negatieve revieuw verwijderd kan worden en of ze daarover kunnen praten. Belachelijk als je het mij vraagt. je krijgt een slechte revieuw omdat je iets gewoon niet goed doet en dat moet je zien als leerpunt. hij zou gezegd hebben dat hij na de slechte revieuw slapeloze nachten gehad heeft, terwijl er pas 1 nacht tussen zat. met ander woorden; deze makelaar probeert altijd mensen te manipuleren om negatieve reviews te verwijderen om er zelf beter uit te zien. en daar liegd hij ook nog bij. belachelijk slecht!!!!! geef je fout gewoon toe en laat het daarbij. leerpunt. geef je aandacht aan je klanten en niet aan negatieve reviews.

Today we were looking at a house that is being offered for sale by this real estate agent. The reception was reasonable, the selling party had prepared things well and even still has original drawings and documents. The eye catcher was the garden, well, park. In the advertisement they mention almost 500 meters of private land, but that turns out to be much larger. 60 square meters is rented from the municipality and therefore not owned. Also, a whole corner of municipal land is being used which results in a gigantic garden, but how that came about isn't stated in the (too) limited text on funda. Also, this real estate agent mentions that they first put houses up on social media before they appear on funda. So you're forced to follow them in order to see the new houses. That's not really what you choose as a seller, is it? But the reason for this low rating is the way the real estate agent showed us the house today. We arrived at the house exactly on time and after 10 minutes another viewer was already on the doorstep. Whereupon the real estate agent blamed us for his failed scheduling.

We have experienced the sale of our house as a very pleasant experience! A lot of effort and time has been invested in it, for which we are very grateful.

Warning for this company We wanted to buy a house through this company and made an offer, subject to a structural survey. From the first survey it turned out that the house had serious defects. The sellers and Edwin were not in agreement with this report and insisted that additional surveys be carried out. The party we then engaged ourselves, was also labeled by them as “unreliable”. They wanted to exclusively accept a third party that was arranged through themselves, because according to them that would be good. This has led to extra costs, while multiple reports confirmed the same serious defects, including cracks, subsidence and structural problems with a steel structure. In the end we did not buy the house because of these defects. Also another buyer before us was unable to buy the house for the same reasons. My advice: be extra careful with this company and always have a fully independent survey carried out.
