The contacts with Brigit and Ron always go very well and pleasantly, this time Jens has also made the sale possible with their son and he did it top. Always good service and expertise.
The real estate agent created their own WhatsApp group with each other. This contact via WhatsApp and phone was very pleasant. The real estate agent responds quickly to questions. All in all, I am very satisfied.
Ron and Brigit are extremely skilled. Active with a lot of knowledge of the local market. In addition, they are just really nice people, in short this sale was for us (again) a super good experience.
Ron and Brigitte are very nice, open and friendly people! They were always there for us, easily accessible, professional and solution-oriented. This made the sales process pleasant and we could entrust it to them with confidence.

Anouk, a real woman. Her interest is only money. This company is so bad. They can't arrange anything and are rude and arrogant. Especially Anouk. She was almost never available. Never reachable. Received many problems with the purchased house. The old residents left a lot of bulky waste behind, which apparently wasn't normal (in containers) and much more. If you want to buy or sell a house, take another company. Regards, Anna

Today I went to a viewing of a house together with Anouk from Makelaardijck. We were glad she came along, because the selling broker didn't seem very enthusiastic and he stood in a corner for half an hour. Anouk guided us through the house as if she herself had to sell it. She pointed out to us the points we should pay attention to in the house, which we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Very knowledgeable realtor!!
