When selling the parental home, the initial contact with Mr. Jan de Jager was very pleasant. After the appraisal, an asking price was proposed and motivated. Within a short time, the apartment was listed on Funda and soon viewings were booked for the first interested parties. If it had been up to the real estate agent, the bidding process would have closed within one week and after only 4 viewings. This seemed to me as if there was haste behind it. Something like “selling a house within one week”. As BUYER, I would like some time to arrange financing and as SELLER I would like more time to perhaps get even more viewers. During a discussion with Jan, I had to trust his experience. The apartment was sold above the asking price, which of course I am happy about, but it went differently than I had imagined and expected. Further handling proceeded completely according to my wishes. Still thank you, Jan!

We bought a house that KRK had in its file. The property had so many defects that all our feelings have completely turned upside down. We didn't expect Sylvia from KRK to sell us a pig in a poke. A lot of hassle and a lot of complaining to get your way. It could have been very different according to them as well. A bad judgment thereof.
