Omdat er een baby op komst was, moesten we ons huis snel verkopen. Laan heeft zich hier volledig voor ingezet en alles op alles gezet om dit mogelijk te maken. Zelfs buiten werktijden, in de avonden, stond hij voor ons klaar om het papierwerk snel en zorgvuldig af te ronden. Dankzij zijn inzet en betrokkenheid is alles soepel en vlot verlopen.

Het voorstel van 2 dagdelen van 5 bezichtigingen werd niet gehaald, over de twee dagdelen waren slechts 4 kijkers zonder biedingen. De bodemprijs vonden wij te laag maar werd niet verhoogd, het eerste en enigste bod Was dan ook een tegenvaller met weinig ruimte voor een hoger bod.
