This agency is taking advantage of the current market, where buyers often have to bid over asking price and may impose as few conditions as possible in order to stand any chance of getting a property. The fact that they are also affiliated with NVM makes it all the more regrettable. In short: a lot of window dressing and a practice that damages trust in real estate brokerage.
