10 Jan 2026Disappointing experience purchasing a home through Klaver Makelaardij (Schoorl). We purchased a house where Klaver Makelaardij acted as the selling agent. During the purchase process, several crucial issues were not, incorrectly or too late reported, despite explicit questions from our side. For example, after the handover, among other things, there were ambiguities regarding the property boundary, previous roof leaks and various technical defects that were not mentioned during viewings and the final inspection. The final inspection took place without the presence of the seller; only the agent was present on their behalf. Afterwards, it turned out that information provided by the agent before the purchase did not match or was contradicted by the seller and their lawyer. This has led to discussions and considerable repair costs. We have experienced this process as careless and not transparent, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend Klaver Makelaardij as an agent.

31 Jan 2026Warning for this company We wanted to buy a house through this company and made an offer, subject to a structural survey. From the first survey it turned out that the house had serious defects. The sellers and Edwin were not in agreement with this report and insisted that additional surveys be carried out. The party we then engaged ourselves, was also labeled by them as “unreliable”. They wanted to exclusively accept a third party that was arranged through themselves, because according to them that would be good. This has led to extra costs, while multiple reports confirmed the same serious defects, including cracks, subsidence and structural problems with a steel structure. In the end we did not buy the house because of these defects. Also another buyer before us was unable to buy the house for the same reasons. My advice: be extra careful with this company and always have a fully independent survey carried out.

07 Jul 2025Very satisfied with husam, always reachable and helpful, he keeps his patience, is up for a joke and when things need to be serious he takes away your worries, he prepares himself well and therefore always has an answer for the other party in buying and selling (we had NH brokers on both sides) We recommend everyone NH broker. No bullshit just clear and with everything calmly discussed. NH brokers also has a wide range of mortgage advisors and building experts etc., who are definitely recommended as well. In short, care was taken of everything in the purchase and sale of our houses. All this for a normal price. Husam thank you for everything and come by again!

29 Nov 2025Fly Schagen, the party that handled the entire purchase process from start to finish on our behalf. Of course, this comes with a cost, but that's a choice you make and they are very transparent about it. I dare to say 100% that I would do it again. Buying a house is not just something, there's a lot to consider and for every question we had, there was almost 24x7 an answer found via a whatsapp group where several employees of Fly Schagen were present. During a meeting during an inspection, they think about things you yourself don't even think of. Kitchen drawers, cabinets and doors are opened with a very critical eye while you yourself are only surprised by how beautiful the floor is. I can recommend Fly Schagen for all your property purchases. The communication is very simple and you are dealing with people who know what they're talking about. Is your fixed real estate agent on vacation? Then you get a colleague assigned to you directly who speaks exactly the same language. 5/5 stars for this party. I am now the happy owner of a new home thanks to Fly Schagen.

29 Sep 2025We came across Fly Real Estate through a new construction project they were selling. Here, we were assigned agent Tygo. Although that project did not work out for us, we stayed with him because he advised us honestly and transparently from the start. Tygo is an incredibly enthusiastic and competent real estate agent. He helped us tremendously in finding a home and selling my partner’s apartment. The communication was always easy: Tygo is very reachable and thinks along with you. Even on his free evenings or weekends, he goes out of his way for you. We as a couple sometimes have somewhat peculiar, sarcastic humor, but that was fortunately no problem with Tygo. Despite him taking his work very seriously and professionally, there’s always room for a joke. This makes the search for a new home and viewings light-hearted and enjoyable. The communication within Fly Real Estate is incredibly fast; if Tygo wasn’t available, one of his colleagues would respond almost immediately and take up our question. If we ever sell or buy another house again, we will definitely approach Fly Real Estate.

21 Nov 2025The real estate agent was professional and helpful when I first rented an apartment. My moving experience, however, was disappointing. They arranged viewings for potential buyers while I was still living there, and when I came back, it turned out that part of my personal belongings had been moved. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful. The problem was not acknowledged, and they seemed more focused on selling the property than respecting the tenant's privacy.
