We have done several viewings to our full satisfaction with both Hans and Coen. Both very competent real estate agents. They know what they are talking about, are well-informed and up-to-date on the object/area, honest in their story and above all very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not make a purchase from them because we would have liked to and wanted them to ;-) So perhaps in the future with another sale or purchase on Texel, we will come back to you. Terrible office. They have a property for rent in Huisduinen, but they don't respond to ANY of the emails I send them. Sorry, but if that’s your service. Then things really go wrong from the very beginning. Also often unavailable by phone. In short: stay away from this company

Broker Dennis Eelman sold us a recreational property. We have nothing but praise for the property itself, but we are not really satisfied with the handling and communication of the office. We had to call repeatedly to get things done, and when the deal was closed, the broker was unavailable or barely reachable.
