I received a very strange reaction from realtor Van Driel when I expressed interest in a property: 'It is not appreciated that you go asking everything from the Municipality without consultation'. Apparently, I must consult with this realtor if I want to obtain relevant information as an aspiring buyer. We immediately dropped out.
