The process for purchasing a new-build house was guided by this real estate agent. The first meeting went well but immediately after that the experience was very different. The real estate agent was standardly unreachable by phone and we received an answer to emails several days later. Then it was still questionable whether that was an answer to your email, or if nothing was being done. Little guidance was also present; we were told nothing and didn't know where we stood in the entire process. We do understand that the real estate agent is also dependent on the developer for information, but what was now done certainly did not advocate for their client. All in all a disappointing experience. The one star is for the receptionist, she was always friendly.

Enorm bad/confusing communication, the receptionist gives completely different info/answers than Mr. Ferry. Documents go missing, things run alongside each other and as a customer you are just a number here. One star is for Laura, who is top-notch and has her communication in order. We would rather have nothing more to do with the rest of the place.

I am very satisfied with De Witte Garantiemakelaars Vlaardingen! In my case, it concerned my mother of almost 80 years old. She still lived independently in Vlaardingen and moved to the Arnhem region, partly because I live in Arnhem myself. The first step was finding a real estate agent in Vlaardingen. We had online conversations with various agents, including a conversation with Ferry Nefkens from De Witte. Ferry had already visited my mother to view her property. It was all very exciting for her, but Ferry handled it in a pleasant way. After the online conversations, the choice quickly fell on De Witte. Ferry gave us a good feeling; he seemed knowledgeable, provided a high sales indication and made us a good price proposal. Ferry wasn't just our selling real estate agent. He also supported us with the purchase of a senior residence near Arnhem. He didn’t know the market in this region, but he knows the ‘game’ very well. He also guided my mother excellently during the purchase. Without extra costs! Ultimately, my mother was able to sell her property in Vlaardingen quickly and for a good price. Of course, the market is now favorable for a seller, but still some choices had to be made where professionalism, accuracy and pleasant contact with De Witte stood out. Not professional unfortunately.... I had viewed the property twice. The last viewing was with my purchasing agent. For a second opinion. Quickly made an offer, a few days later they agreed to my proposal. Super happy of course!!!! So I was neatly waiting for a purchase agreement. A few days passed and I was suddenly congratulated by an acquaintance who said they were happy for me that I had managed to buy the property because it was already on funda ''sold subject to contract''... I was absolutely shocked because I hadn't signed anything or heard from the agent.. so I asked my purchasing agent if he wanted to ask for more information about what was going on.. I heard from my purchasing agent at the end of the day that they had found someone else who had bid higher.... whether I wanted to offer more.... I couldn’t believe what I heard... first agreeing to my proposal and then having it taken away because someone suddenly offered more... How honest can you be... well, that's not how you treat people... Make someone happy with a dead sparrow.

During the sale, we had multiple viewers come over, and always opted for one-on-one viewing moments, so no large viewer days. Ultimately received an offer. There was still a viewer scheduled, whom we informed about the situation and who still wanted to come and view. This resulted in 2 interested parties with bids.
