My experience with Woningkampioen (part of Geldkampioen) as a potential buyer was unfortunately not positive. During a bidding process I noticed that the communication was very slow and unclear. It was indicated several times that I would be called back shortly, but subsequently I sometimes heard nothing for weeks. It does not surprise me therefore that houses which in principle look good at Woningkampioen remain for sale for months. I did not really find that Anita made an effort to sell the house. Moreover, I found the contact not always pleasant. During a conversation with Anita, the tone felt unfriendly and disrespectful to me, which did not improve my experience. Furthermore, it was noticed that during the contact several times it was suggested to use the services of Geldkampioen, which did not feel appropriate for me at that moment in the process. It felt as if they were trying to bribe me. Based on my personal experience, I would therefore not recommend this real estate agent and financial advisor. I would advise everyone to choose a real estate agent and financial advisor who places good communication and involvement higher on the agenda. That does not seem to be the case with Woningkampioen and Geldkampioen.
