Fijn contact met de makelaar Dhr. Prins betreft de verkoop, contact tijdens het proces naar alle tevredenheid, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam behandeld door Diana. Ik raadt dit Makelaars kantoor zeker aan 👍🏼

Wij hebben helaas een zeer negatieve ervaring gehad met Prins Makelaars tijdens de aankoop van ons huis. Er waren meerdere onjuiste en tegenstrijdige informatiepunten over de woning en toen wij hierachter kwamen werden onze klachten weggewuifd en niet serieus genomen en later werden we (onze advocaat) zelfs genegeerd. De woning werd o.a. 11 procent groter werd gepresenteerd. Bewust, want later bleek dat ze wel een meetrapport hadden (deze dook op tijdens onze taxatie, en dat is enorm schrikken gezien de invloed van m2 op woningwaarde). We waren al gewaarschuwd door bekenden dat deze makelaar zeer onbetrouwbaar is en helaas is dit waar gebleken. Uiteindelijk is er gelukkig een financiële overeenkomst bereikt maar de stress van de juridische nasleep is ons niet in de koude kleren gaan zitten. Als je toch interesse hebt in een woning die bij Prins Makelaars te koop staat raden we je aan om alles wat deze makelaar zegt driedubbel te checken of een aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen. Om positief af te sluiten: inmiddels wel blij met ons eerste huis!

Als bijzonder prettig ervaren. Het begon met een hobbel toen ik vanuit Groningen naar Maassluis gekomen was en de makelaar niet op kwam dagen op het afgesproken tijdstip. Toen ik belde bleek hij onderweg te zijn richting huis vanuit België. Er was iets niet helemaal volgens de standaard procedure gegaan. Prins Makelaardij heeft mij super goed geholpen en geadviseerd bij de aankoop van mijn woning. Ik was al maanden zelf aan het zoeken en bieden en steeds lukte het niet. Tot ik deze aankoopmakelaar in de arm nam. Ik zou in deze huizenmarkt iedereen Prins Makelaardij aanbevelen.

The real estate agent has accompanied the sale well. Together, a realistic selling price was established, photos and video were placed on Funda, they handled the viewings and offers and kept us well informed via Move point nl. The communication went very smoothly. A pleasure to work with.

Unfortunately, I have had a very negative experience with Prins Makelaar. But the following is the most remarkable: The house we bought through them was presented as significantly larger than it actually turned out to be. Prins Makelaar used their own measurement method in which the attic was added to the living area, but this space was also listed again as additional indoor meters on top of that. That creates a misleading image of the total area. In short; one attic suddenly became two attics... We repeatedly tried to resolve this in a normal way, but were not taken seriously. In the end, we received compensation after a long and stressful mandatory legal process. That, in our opinion, says enough about the situation. Our tip to future buyers: double-check everything, really everything! Fortunately, we now enjoy our home, but our experience with Prins Makelaar was utterly disappointing.

In this time of app e-mail and telephone you are often dependent on the answers from the visiting/potential buyer or the purchasing party. Sometimes it seems as if there is no action, however people simply do not bother to let the real estate agent know anything after a viewing. It has once again proven that if there is real interest the real estate agent will go full steam ahead and communicate. We are happy with that, pleasant interaction and a lot of knowledge of the market.

What a nice real estate office! They have helped, advised, supported and reacted very quickly to messages from the beginning. Scheduling viewings was done at times that were pleasant for us, it's very nice that they took that into account. Can't say anything else but that it's absolutely a recommendation!

I asked whether Mrs. Van de Wetering could be the right real estate agent for the sale of my apartment, so as to have one person who knew all the ins & outs of my property that they could then pass on to interested parties. In addition, it was nice that she knew who had viewed the property and had an image of everyone, without (possibly) transferring from one colleague to another.

Via funda left a message to be called for a viewing. There was no response to this. Looked up their phone number on the website and called, I would then be called back by the relevant agent and that happened within 2 minutes. So received quick service by telephone which is very nice. As far as the housing market is concerned, you don't want to have to wait long for an answer. Call then!

Excellent broker who is expert and takes the time

I cannot recommend this company. We made an offer on a house and that offer was accepted via e-mail. We started preparing for the purchase of the house and then, after a week, we received an e-mail stating that our offer was no longer valid because they had accepted a higher offer. Do not officially accept one offer if you are not going to stick to it, because it's not a small offer. Or at least tell the buyers that you are going to accept more offers, even if only one offer has been accepted at the price. It's not a nice feeling if you're already happy that you've found your dream house and your offer has been accepted, and then, as you start filling in the paperwork, you receive an e-mail saying that you're out.
